Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:

- You receive the wrong item.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used perfumes.
- Products with damaged or broken seals (unless received that way).
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
- Orders where the customer simply changes their mind after delivery.
Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, we will replace the eligible product at no additional cost (Except Shipping Charges).
Replacement requests are subject to verification by our customer support team.
Refund Policy
Refunds are only offered if:
- The ordered item is unavailable and cannot be replaced.
- A replacement cannot be provided for a verified issue.
- The refund request has been approved by VOREZA SCENTS after reviewing the case.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, or by another mutually agreed method.
Order Cancellation
- Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under this Return & Refund Policy.
