Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 3 calendar days from the date your order is delivered, provided that:

For hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, perfumes that have been opened, used, tested, or tampered with cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper storage, or accidental damage.

Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of our decision.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method whenever possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Original shipping charges and payment processing fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if:

Order Cancellation

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will instead be handled under this Return & Refund Policy.
Return Shipping
If the return is approved because of our error, VOREZ SCENTS will cover the return shipping costs.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
