We currently deliver all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During sales, promotional campaigns, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
At VOREZA SCENTS, we aim to keep shipping simple and affordable.
- FREE Shipping on all orders of PKR 4,000 or above.
- A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders below PKR 4,000.
Shipping charges are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information via WhatsApp, SMS, or email (where applicable). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment through the courier's tracking system.
Delivery Attempts
Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and recipient details are accurate.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged product, the wrong item, or if any item is missing from your order, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
